The EU is to build1,000 classrooms, lodgings for teachers and public education centres in eastern and south eastern provinces.
The experts also said that instead of having 21 vocational and technical education faculties training teachers the numbers should be brought down to three or four high quality systems.
However, the experts said that in comparison to previous studies that Turkey had made quite some progress in the last decade. | |
