| | | With the Turkish parliament voting on Saturday to deny Washington access to bases and facilities inside Turkey, the US has acknowledged that there could be a putting back of plans to strike at Iraq over its alleged possession of weapons of mass destruction.

The president has said the timetable is weeks not months, Fleischer said. He said that just over a month ago and nothing has changed that timetable.
